Matt Costa and Satisfaction to Perform at Mercy House Gala

Brushfire recording artist and Orange County native Matt Costa will perform music from his albums “The Songs We Sing” and “Unfamiliar Faces,” as well as new material.

Also performing will be Satisfaction, described by the Orange County Register as “… that rare and gifted musical chameleon able to deliver songs that rock without losing their melodic way. [Satisfaction] somehow fuses the best of 1970s artists such as Wings and Harry Nilsson with the modern attack of neo-new wave proponents such as Kaiser Chiefs and Franz Ferdinand.”

Wanna Walk…

May 16th, 2009
Registration and opening ceremony at 7:00am
Walk Begins at 9:00am

If you are new to the walk, Mercy House is one of 8 recipient agencies that participate in this event. We will host a booth at the event and we will also be walking together with our clients, friends, and family as “Team Mercy House.” Every year Mercy House receives a percentage of the total amount raised based on how much we raise as a team plus the volunteer hours we contribute. These funds go directly to our agency so that we can continue to provide supportive services and housing to HIV positive individuals in our community.

Come and represent our agency and our clients! Or you can donate online if you can’t go!

Click Here to register and join our team online. There is a suggested registration fee of $25 that jump-starts your fundraising, but don’t let that stop you! It will go towards our Team’s fundraising goal.
