Mercy House Prevention Programs

The majority of the homeless are working full-time jobs earning an average of $10.00 or less per hour, not enough to afford a one bedroom apartment in Orange County. Mercy House offers:

  • Rental Assistance
  • Emergency Services
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Money Management

Our Homeless Prevention Program provides financial assistance and support to prevent households from becoming homeless.

The Homeless Prevention Program’s objective is to prevent an individual or family from losing their permanent residence.

Rental assistance is approved based on the FEMA federal requirements and includes an education component on money management.
