Our Homeless Prevention Program provides financial assistant and support to prevent households from becoming homeless. The Homeless Prevention Program’s objective is to prevent an individual or family from losing their permanent residence. Rental assistance is approved based on the FEMA federal requirements and includes an education component on money management. |
